At Shut Up N Thrift, we pride ourselves on offering unique, limited, and one-of-a-kind items. Because of the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. We do not offer changes once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged beyond what was shown or described, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shutupnthrift.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized Returns

Any packages returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our strict no-return policy. Any disputes or chargebacks filed without contacting us first may be considered fraud and will be contested with full documentation.
